We schedule 15-min call to talk about your business. In the call, we will talk through the project and identify your starting point and timeline. In case the project is not right for you, we can suggest some other options.

2.

PROJECT DELIVERY

We get to work. We complete the project within the timeline that we decided. You and your team are an integral part of the project, and we communicate effortlessly through our project management system.

3.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Once we have completed the project, we can either complete our cooperation or continue working together in some other capacity. A follow-up workshop is always scheduled approximately 3 months after the project completion.
